New type of video cam

My friend has this new type of video cam about half the size of a radar detector that he wants me to test out ,It records front and back at the same time with audio & gps tracking to show your routs, here are a few pics.has anybody else see one of these?

Looks cool.
Pretty soon you'll be able to ride 50 miles into the desert, be the only vehicle on the road, rip a good 180mph run, ride home...and get arrested on your doorstep. Technology will eventually bite us all in the a$$.

Never seen one before. How's the video quality? The audio part of it creeps me out a bit..
