I think he had junior dragster with him also family raceing

i certainly cant tell him how set up his bike.

He won some $ but got lucky we didnt race.

He seemed have his slider clutch working well.

this is current points leader but im on him!!!!

              1982 suzuki got it turned down little 4 bracket racing but i think 5.50 flat out.His short time is 1.27 good 4 non car tire bike.Bigblock with electron carbs.glass body custom front end but not kosman.

If im not mistaken he seems 2 have blinged his bars

Thanks for the compliments. I had the slider set up light, the bars are homemade and I weigh 250 b4 leathers. I race multiple tracks and keep it set soft to make sure I never have to worry about the track. I ended up winning the points in Terre Haute and 1 point from winning the points in Indy.

If anyone wants anything from this bike I am selling pretty much everything except motor and electronics. I bought a Koenig Pro Stock style chassis that I am putting the stock motor and electronics in. Got most of the stock stuff I took off of it as well. Need money to pay for the new chassis.

how did you finish the points on the year? do not recall seeing the bike at Muncie this year at all..

With running both Terre Haute and Indy for points I didn't get to travel a lot. Made one trip to Chandler when these pics were taken. I won Terre Haute and ended up 3rd in Indy after leading the points all year till the last race. I lost 1st round in the last race and ended up 1 point out of a 3-way tie for the lead.

first round loss = bad weekend.. man I hated that pack up early thing (worse when it is on first round "Saturday" race)

Cool about Chandler but this does not look like Firebird.., Firebird my home track for a lot of years. (boat and car racing) they had a lot going on there (even if the pits are not the greatest).. Used to know just about everyone out there (we ran a fuel car so made friends pretty fast)..

It's Chandler, IN down by Evansville. I am originally from down that way. No pics yet. Just og the motor back from being freshened. Bare chassis sitting the the garage. Bodywork being airbrushed. I am planning on debuting it at the Indiana State Museum in Indy on Jan. 24, 2008 at the Gathering before the Green Flag event, as long as the paint is done.

If you know of anyone wanting stock stuff send them my way. Fiberglass tank, fiberglass 3/4 front, and cust. paint would look good on any busa. Heck you could use it just for racing and change it for the street.

We are going to try and do a little more traveling this year but depends on cash. We had a good time down there and since I am originally from Huntingburg we will try to make it back. Good time and good people down there.
