nitro x power commander

seen this gismo on ebay for £29 + shipping its called nitro x power commander , comes with 15 different map settings , kind of a plug & play thing i guess. Any one heard of or tried this item. thanks for any info

I'd rather be able to tune for my actual bike. This, at best, will be for a few ballpark areas. The factory ECU is likely to do a better job.
