No Charge to battery

Hey guys, i've been having charging problems for a while now.

I changed the rectifier. new battery, Checked the 3 yellow wires, its pushing about 70 volts around 5500rpm.

When my leads are on the battery, i get 12.5 volts the whole time when its runnning. No matter how high i rev it.

need help please.

Did you check the connectors in the tail section, particularly the ground wire connector?
