Seems like all the people wanting to see ufo's only saw sky lanterns. My original guess was pretty close when I saw the lights, I thought they were flares, I just didn't think they were attached to a balloon type device, oh well. Many people still have their doubts, I believe they were the sky lanterns and not UFO's myself
