Condolences to the family.

Is this an example why removing guns from law abiding citizens is not the solution to the problem?

Gun politics in Norway - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia from there.

Gun ownership is a non-controversial subject in Norwegian politics. This is because most illegally used guns are stolen from larger, often military, storage facilities. Break-ins in private homes seldom lead to the theft of weapons, unless the owner has not followed the regulations. Thus, private ownership is not under scrutiny. By far, the most crimes are committed with stolen weapons, not legally obtained ones.[citation needed]

There is no apparent public desire to introduce a concealed carry permit at this point in time, and there is no such license available to civilians.

Yes I know it's wiki and the info from there is sometimes wrong, if it is feel free to correct me.

Wow that is ultra tragic!!! Prayers for the victims familys!!

Condolences to all the family's.

When Lynne got home yesterday from her daughters she told me my son Alex is working over in Norway, she knew because Sam my daughter had been talking to him on facebook, Sam was panicking because she hadn't heard from him and Lynne wouldn't tell me until she got home. Then Sam heard from him so he is OK. I know it was a long shot him being caught up in all this but it still gives me butterflies in the belly thinking about it.
I didn't even know he was in Norway, theses kids never tell me nothing.

That car bomb really did some damage didn't it?

This guy shoots 85 people dead and then calmly surrenders.

Yes Manny maybe just one person with a pistol could have saved some or all.
