Odd oil leak

Hey y'all.
I have an odd oil leak that is constantly leaking. It's leaking from the crank case bolts just above the oil filter. I watched as it seemed to have a lot of crank case pressure. Leaking from both bolts holding the bracket in the pictures.

Any ideas? Oil level is not over filled, do these engines have a pcv?

Yes they do have a pcv valve.
Check for an obstruction, or if someone removed the pcv and has done this mod to pressurize the crankcase, it's good for a couple hp on big cc engines, but it can also cause leaks.
The crankcase vent gets connected to the pcv reed valves in the valve cover.
I would not really suspect this to be the issue, but eliminate the simple things first.

Thanks man, but no the pair is left in stock configuration. I put a set of copper crush washers and torqued them down to spec. Took a spirited ride and no more leak. I'm thinking the previous owner over filled it and the rtv failed on the inner side of the case and the bolt holes are the path of least resistance.
