As promised the official planning thread for the NW meet.
dates and locations should be a democratic decision. I'm thinking we all toss out suggestions and in a month we all vote and decide. its the time of year when we must start to book vacation times and so much. I was thinking June 28/29 weekend. its the weekend before the 4th of July and it might be the best time to get hotels without the craziness of the 4th. Location wise, there are a lot of options in the NW. I've been looking around and think St. Helens OR would be a good idea. lots of mountain highway around for day rides, and only 1:45 away from the ocean. Any locals on here please chime in, any hidden gems in the area, or great day ride routes, restaurants, etc.
