As of this past monday I became a first time homeowner!! 
No more wasted money on rent!!! We finally got cable hooked up today and have been extremely busy with everything. I can't believe how much stuff we had packed into a 2 bedroom apt.
It is sitting on a 1/2 acre, 1450 sq ft. 3/2/2 with the garage being oversized. My truck will have to wait until we can build another garage for it to be able to be parked inside. It's just a little too tall haha.
