The ends are steel and it is the hoses that have a translucent colored plastic tubing over the braided hose and the ends are a goldish color.

No problem. I'd be more concerned with getting a set of these pads in your bike though. They will singlehandly make the most improvement.

Anyone want the best pads and/or hose kit available? Want to be able to decrease brake pressure as you slow down because you don't need every last bit of your brakes capacity to just come down from the balistic speeds that your Bus can produce? Well I have the pads and the hose kit for you! After burning through a couple sets of stock pads, then switching to the EBC Sintered pads(Can you say major league brake fade??) I decided to find something better that didn't require new rotors or calipers, but that would actually make the bike stop. Performance Friction "95" compound pads, and Goodridge hoses, in your choice of colors for the hose is where I ended up. I also will include the bleeder/bolt at the master as well, so you can bleed the master easily without all the dribble. Cost including shipping anywhere in the US for pads (Front set, for both sides) is $85. Hose kit Front and Rear is $175. If you are interested simply email me or call here's my address:

I will personally offer a money back guarantee I am so confident that these pads work better than any others available!!!
Beat that!!

Are the Goodridge hose ends and banjo's / banjo bolts alloy or stainless??

Over here in the UK the alloy ones are not legal on the road because they have been known to split under heavy braking, and corode like a bugger. Stainless steel banjo bolts are legal, but the insurance company needs to be told of the modification.

The alloy ones are only reccommended for track use.

I already got the stainless Goodridge lines and put EBC HH's in. Wow. In future I will not be putting them in the rear again!!! too much stopping force. Rear locks regular.

Twin lines from the master cylinder are good.

Nuts ;)

RPM, are those pads made by Performance Friction Materials (PFM) or is it a different company?

If so I wanna try a set with my PFM rotors!

The EBC HHs are pretty good but I could do with more braking power.
