Oil?

I've got 412 miles on the new LE now and want to pick up oil and a filter tomorrow.

What kind of oil & filters has everyone been using? Recommendations?

i ve used OEM filter and suzuki 10w 40. i just switched to silkolene full synthetic w/OEM filter at 4000 miles. i pay 38$ plus tax for a 4 liter container.

I stayed with the Suzuki oil for the first 3000 miles. Now I'm back to Moble One red cap. Great price and it works really well.

yeah, I'd stick with the regular oil for a few thousand miles...after that seems most folks switch over to some type of synthetic or blend

Just upgrade to the full synthetic @ 25000K, (approx 15000 miles), and am loving it

just switched to a full synthetic at 6000 miles .. i ran a blend for 3000 miles. the blent was better than dino oil and i can tell a diff in the first 25 miles with the synthetic.(mobil one red cap)

If you go Syn. Wait for about 1,200 more miles then make a change.
