long story short, i bought a wrecked busa a while back still trying to get her together, anyway i noticed the front end was tweaked a little so i purchased a new set of front forks and lower triple tree and commenced to putting it together, while i was torqueing the stem nut to the required poundage, i noticed that the stem to lower triple mount turns some , is this normal, the old one did the same taking it off, just trying to be on the safe side here, sorry for this being i bit long winded but i am sure someone out there knows what is going on... thanks all
