Once again.. power comander and bolt-ons

I know its most likely been said or asked but...
I installed some nice Devil OVO cans, did
the marble mod .The bike, an 04,sounds very nice,very deep
but not extreamly loud anyway my fuel milage has dropped
now and the bike doesn`t feel as strong down
low as with the stock pipes.Will I get back the fuel milage
and the grunt if I go with a power comander and one of their maps or will I have to get a custom map made?
