One or the other...........

Getting ready to buy tires....Need opinions here......
Found smokin' prices. Which tire would last the longest, Pirelli Angels or Michelin Power Pures?? Do slab riding a lot, so, which ones would give the most miles. I'm not hard on tires, no burns, etc.

Opinions??

I like the Angels that I have on there right now. The set that I had before this was the very capable Avon Storm. I loved those tires, just when it was time for me to buy a new set my mechanic got me a really good price on the Angels and I had been hearing a lot of people say good things about them. They are good tires, but I think I will go back to the Avon Storms. Good luck on your search.

Pilot Pure is a definite track/sport tire. Big on side grip, short on mileage.
If your mostly riding slab, look at sport touring tires only for milage.. Pilot Road 2, BT-021, Diablo Strada (or whatever they were replaced with), Z6 Interact, etc..
