open header exhaust

Had my exhaust off the other day and had the bike running

the busa sounds awesome is there a problem running an open exhaust other than having it inspected or possibly noise ordanance

I hear you can burn valves but dont know what conditions you would need to have it happen.

I also hear the busa motor needs a little backpressure and you will loose HP with full open header....could be wrong on both accounts.
