Oregon BBQ invite to all 9-12-04, 11am

Hello all, and thanks for all of the interest. Those of you who had written in on the original BBQ thread should have PM's or emails with this info on it.

Date: Sunday, Sept 12th

Time: 11am - ?? (Early birds welcome)

Place: Adair Park, 10 minutes from Albany (with a home as a backup)

RSVP: Please RSVP on or before Sept 7th

What will be provided: Everything except booze

How many people are coming: Right now it looks like 30 from Portland/Salem/Springfield

Can I bring someone: The more the merrier. Bring as many as you like

Should I bring something: $5 to cover the cost of the grub and drink

Ride: There will be a ride after the BBQ. Mary's Peak.

So far we have about 35+ people coming to this thing. 503Xtreme will be there, some FTR guys too. 25 people from Salem/Albany/Portland are confirmed, 10-15 from Springfield/Eugene. If you are interested, let me know ASAP. Don't let the guys & gals at sportbikes.ws be the only one to come! Where are my fellow 'Busa owners?

Directions:

Adair Park:
Take Oregon Highway 99W to Adair, go east on Ryals Avenue to park entrance. Groups as large as 800 people have held picnic events here. Seating for 300 picnickers is available which can be divided into two smaller areas for 120 and 180 picnickers. The park features two softball fields, two volleyball courts, two tennis courts and is a popular site for disk golf.
