Is it possible to have it scanned by a paint chip reader, like at Home Depot?
You can go to a good body shop and they can match it. You would then have to buy the paint from them. It would probably cost more than color-rite, but the end result would be a way better quality paint. What are you trying to match?? I don't think Home Depot would be very accurate.
I paint but I haven't found anyone local to me that has PPG or DUPONT formula information for any of the busa colors. A good paint store or body and paint shop might get you a blendable match but I doub't they will match your bike perfectly enough to paint a panel that is going to butt up against a factory painted piece.
Oh, and dude, $113 for a quart of urethane basecoat that matches (I'm assuming color-rite paint is urethane) is actually not that bad, FWIW.

I should say that I have no idea what quality color-rite paint is. I've never used it. Maybe someone here that's used it can add to the mix and give us all some feedback.
