Paint the frame

My red/black sure could use a black frame and blacked out footpegs, etc.

What is required in making the frame black? Can it be sprayed? or does it have to undergo a process that can handle the heat...such as powdercoating?

Has anyone ever covered their frame with a vinyl carbon wrap or anything like that?

I just wish my frame was black or dark.

dunno about the carbon or vinyl wrap...

to get it black, you'd need to first get it stripped of all plastic stuffs...then yer gonna need to have it sand-blasted. After that, powder coatin time....

No problem powdercoatin' it, but you may also find someone that wants to swap frames with you.

I dont think spray paint is goign to last... you will have to powdercoat it!!

Well i may jinx it but i'm gona have part of my frame painted i'll let you know how that comes out it's gona be on my 00 model so we shall see gona be white though not black
