Painting frame

Hi guys, i need some advice on the problems of wet painting the frame as i plan to do this. I would powder coat but striping the whole bike is a major no no.

Has anyone on the board ever painted their frame other then powder coat?

As my dad owns a Garage where he sprays cars there wouldn't be a problem with painting.

Any advice appreciated.

I'd like to know as well....I need to do this mod-the black and red '06 looks less than perfect with the silver frame....

Does that paint works good or is loosing the color as time pass? I am thinking in doing it to.
