Had a fatal error while riding this mornig. Laid down the Busa, doing of all things, turnig the corner. Havent even gotten my permenant plates yet. And I thought turning a corner at 15mph was safe (Damn Gravel!!!!).
Didnt break anything, just scratched up the paint on the left side. Well I guess this is my cue to ge a custom paint job! Even the stickers are still entact(Thanks Suzuki). To all my compadres, keep it safe, cause its not when your going 150mph when you'll get caught not paying attention.

If it's any consolation, it happened to me also. I was going around a turn and loose gravel did me in too. Maybe you can use this excuse to get KawAbuser full carbon fiber kit :) I'm trying to convince myself too! :)

Ride Safe, Bob

Anyone can drive fast and straight. Most accidents happen at normal speeds and in parking lots etc.

Spend ALOT of time practising slow speed balance and brake/clutch control. You will get more experience driving around at a walking pace in circles(figure 8's) etc than you will on the highway.

Take a Motorcycle Saftey Course! It's well worth the money... Usually the course is cheaper than your deductible if you have to make a claim over a boner accident.

Riding a bike, any bike, requires 100% attention all the time your sitting on it, even when your manuevering to park it. If you have insurance use it, you have one right?

Don't worry, happens when you least expect it.I almost dumped my bike when I stopped at a stop light and my front tire got caught on a round stone and the bike kept sliding and I had to put both of my foot down to stop the bike and keep it from falling over.Talk about flint stone stop. You should have seen the people that was next to me,I guess they thought I was going to dump the bike.Ride safe

My last bike was a V-Max. Dropped it in a yard barn, wasn't even on it! What can I say. Jack.

When I took my motorcycle riding test, I was surprised at how difficult it was. THis was because many of the manuevers were at barely moving speed!!! Slower IS tougher especially on slippery surface.! Good luck.
