Parts fisch ECU/wire harness question...

So I'm looking up FI controlers for my 03 busa..


16-1 CONTROL UNIT, FI (MODEL X/Y<-32920-24F20)
32920-24F21 1 $1,083.69


16-2 CONTROL UNIT, FI
32920-24FD0 1 $1,083.69


16-3 CONTROL UNIT, FI
32920-24FK0 1 $1,062.32

Which one for an 03? how to tell? I know the first one is the 99/00'.

Then the wire harness... if someone would be so kind as to tell me the difference between an 03 and an 05 main wire harness. Part numbers are
2003= 36610-24F60
2005= 36610-24F70

Though on the actual figure of the wire harnesses... they match up identically.
