Passing Light Trigger

Hi All,

I am looking for the passing light trigger switch to purchase stand alone to use on another bike. I looked up the OEM switch and it looks to be a part of the full assembly and not sold separately. Anyone know of a switch similar or if the Busa switch can be purchased separately ??

I wired mine to my chatterbox PTT and it is in a perfect location. Not big on flashing people so it's not a bad swap..

Let me know if you have any thoughts. The chatterbox PTT sucks so looking for an alternative for my other bike.

I always thought that trigger on the left side was for getting sleeping Idiots attention?? Of course I am in Texas and that may have something to do with it.

I was thinking about using mine as a nitrous trigger seen as I have xenons

I set up my 2 way radios to work off the head light flash switch for a PTT on my 2008 B King and wife's 1250S Bandit. I think its a great idea to use that switch for that. Im looking for the same thing for my 2000 Busa for a PTT switch. I'm Going to radio shack to look at some micro switches..

In addition to RS, I have been thinking about finding a Motorcycle bone yard around here. Maybe find one on a busted up bike.

Did you disconnect the highbeam and rewire the actual switch?

Yes. It is just a 2 wire momentary switch. Remov the 2 wires, seal them so they did not contact snsything, then solder the 2 neww wires for the PTT to the switch. 30 minute job. Thats if you are asking about the Busa switch. Not sure about the BKing.
