the pc3 hooks up to the lowers only...the pc3 is a good tunner but getting dated but still gets the job done..

The powercommander needs to be connected to the lower injectors, and then tuned. A normally-aspirated stock Gen 2's fuel requirements will be more than adequately satisfied set up this way. Connecting PCs to the upper injectors is a newbie mistake I see all the time . . .:poke:

really just thinking about a bazzaz or pc5 with auto tune

IMHO, autotune is junk, I don't care who makes it. And other than the fact that a Bazzaz box will control all eight injectors - which you don't need - that box is not any better than a powercommander, again, IMO.
What everybody seems to be missing is that it is not necessarily the box, but the type of software that is available to tune that box. Any tool - whether it is make by Snap On, or Craftsman - is only as good as the technician working with it.

With that in mind, what you should do is get in touch with whatever shop you intend on using to tune your fuel box, and ask them what they prefer to use, and what they think is best. Who knows, you might end up not using any box, and going with ECU editor, or doing a combination of both. You really should talk to TUNERS, people who have years of tuning under their belt . . . that is the only way to get an INFORMED opinion . . .:poke:

dont understand the junk part, are you saying these things wont read there o2 sensers and build a map to the fuel ratios that tuner selected?? i installed an a/f ratio gauge and now understand about the pair mod, do dyno tuners also work with the ign timing curves when there setting up the bikes tune??
