PC3 vs ECU Flashing

What is better? I've been reading on this ECU Flashing and its stated to replace the need for a PC3 which you need to adjust when you need to.. The ECU automatically is set to your bikes specs.. aftermarket pipes etc.. I'd like to know if anyone knows anything about this..I am illiterate on these things and want to learn more as to make my 06 Busa better.. email me as i dont get on here often enough.. oneclassic_70@yahoo.com

Have you read this (i know its for a Gen II but essentially true for Gen 1s also):

The ECU flash is better......if done by a tuner who is skilled/experienced doing it for Busas.
