I don't think that constitutes a "hood"...however, that is a really nice area...looks like a good place to live.

Great place to wind surf. The best (summer) and worst (winter) climate there is. Ever been to Gudio's - Washington side of Hood River (shut down now). I still remember riding the old CB750 through that area in the 70's, the wind was nuken.

Isn't there a requirement to have homes or buildings for it to be a "hood"? Oh yeah there was an arrow pointing to at least one home.

I love it, but first chance I get I'm gonna get a double bubble.
The sport touring screen works reeeeeaaaaallly good! but leaves a bit to desire in the 'looks' department.

If you ever get out to the Portland area, you got to hit the Hood River area. If it's HOT there and you need cooling off, ask where the Punch Bowl (swimming hole) is. Great cliff diving, like 100 footer's and I nice natural water slide.
