Photoshop Guru Needed

I know this is kinda random guys, but a friend of mine needs help coming up with a design that uses all of the following pics.

The final picture needs to include at least SOME part of each of the pictures below. That's pretty much the only rule. Other than that, It can be as realistic, or abstract as you want it to be. Oh, and it has to be 1000x500 pixels, with 72 dpi. (1,000 pixels across by 500 pixels high)

I know there's some photoshop gurus here in the forum, so I thought I would post it up and see if anyone wants to give it a try. I'd really appreciate it.

If anyone has some free time on their hands and could morph these 3 pics into a single, 1000x500 (72 dpi), and either post their work here, or email it to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

By the way, I'm sorry this is not really related to anything... but I would sure appreciate a hand.
