Looks good, how long does it take, after you change gears, to show what gear you are in?

it only takes like a half second. its alittle weird when u down shift fast, but seems to work good, i only took it out for about 10miles tonight just to make sure everything was working

the flush mount gauge indicator is real sweet. and ya i coppied icemann, made a box up similar to yours and used some silicone. those lights on top of the gauge cluster are rev lights. theres 11 led bulbs, one for every thousand rpm.
