Pilot Power CT2's

John: Check Cycle Gear, too; if you're doing a 'search', try expressing it as 2CT or Road2 (another I highly recommend).

Ok who knows of good pricing on these?

they're not all that, recalls on the front and I feel the rear should have been called as well, they'll exchange you a fairly decent front that loses air pressure at the whim of temperature fluctuation while you're stuck with a rear thats too greasy to keep up with the front, not to mention the front is a lower profile so get ready to compensate your settings...

all in all, stray from the 2CTs even thought the NEW front grip is nice its not a solid feel or one that inspires due to the constant input required for line maintenance, and the rear? I can't notice any added anything due to a softer sidewall unless its like 80 degrees outside..

IMO, the rear center is not hard enough and the edge is not soft enough, they prolly need density options for various climates, seems they're geared more for Arizona?

I agree with Twisted, there are much better choices in tires. I just picked up a set of BTO16's and a set of BT002RS for $250 per set. Hundred bucks cheaper than the PP2ct's and as far as I'm concerned, better tires.

However, your choice in tires should be whatever inspires confidence in your riding! You'll learn to ride whatever you're on.

heck im riding on ultra soft shinko's and i corner just fine...like the nice black mark burn outs too..lol but i dont get to extreme on my cornering either, i just love these tires as they are cost efficient and feel very good as an all around tire for my riding style...even with the hard comp tires i get the same miles out of them...so may as well save some $
