pipe installation help

Quick question. When installing a new exhaust system on the Busa is it necessary to take the oil cooler and radiator off the bike? thanks

I am in the same boat Jason. Got mine in a few days ago and got my PCII this afternoon.

From what I've read here on the boards and in my install instructions, it is necessary to pull off the radiator. Not too sure about the oil cooler.

Anyone else...TMH, JC, KawAbuser (MIA)....:^)

it is alot easier first drain engine coolant remove oil cooler and radiator as 1 peice i would change oil filter since you have everything off i would also use water wetter and honda pre-mix for the coolant when you re-install everything leave plastic off so you can warm bike several times so you can re-fill radiator so there is no air in system

It is easier with the Radiator out of the way but I have done it with it on.
The oil cooler I remove with the hoses as well I remove the oil filter to remove the black bracket for the Pair.
then reinstall the filter.
Jason, They went out on the 14th I guess 2-3 days.That is how long my child support check takes to get there

They said 4-5 days so I say 2 weeks at least.
