How many of you out there have had their discs replaced under warranty for Pitting .It's just that out of the few Busa owners i know in my area about 50% have had theirs swopped .

The problem is brakes being wet when bike parked up. It only takes 1 night. Due to the metal content in the sintered OEM pads.
Switch pads (EBC HH or Kevlar) problem stops. Also HH's clear up the pitting!(and actually stop the bike!!)

Nuts, you got that right.Those EBC HH pads are the way to go.Pete get a set of EBC pro lite rotors to go with the HH pads.Don't throw the stock rotors out though,they make great paper weights.

So why do Suzuki replace them under Warranty

Was done by Suzuki under warranty .Refused to replace the pads though .(i'd have thought that they would have been contaminated with bits of disc from pitting so should have been replaced)Anyway both of them phoned Suzuki GB and where told that they would not replace pads .
