Plastic on busa

Is the plastic on my busa painted or is it polished plastic if polished plastic is it possible to get clear sprayed over it

It's painted and cleared... With the exception of the stickers. The only stickers that are cleared are on the tank.

look closely at the black paint, it has blue metal flake, (pearl nebular black)
Same black on other Busa's. Pretty sure this is Suzuki's standard base black.

The first Gen Busas didn't have clear coat on anything but the gas tank from what I remember but I'm not sure on the 2nd Gen Bikes.

I do believe you are mistaken sir. I have a 1st gen. I dropped the bike on it's side and scratched it when I first got the thing. Trust me, the paint is cleared, and is first class all the way.
