how do you remove the ugly looking plated holder? do you have to take the tail off or you just unscrew the 4 bolts ?please directions will be appreciated an suggestion where should I mount the plate ? ,thank you

just unscrew the bolts from under. it seems like for ever to get them out, just be patient and keep unscrew the bolts.

They have a lot of locktite on them so they also unscrew hard, but they will come out. The plug for the liscense light is on the left side outside the frame next to the seat locking mechanism.

those bolts dont have nuts at the end ?i got my plate holder almost made i just have to make little adjustments and paint it black

it was easy like you guys say except the wire for the lite it was pain in the a,, to get it out because a wire tie was holding it down but i figure that out and its all done

Tiger racing makes one for the stock location. I know Goldenchild and Schnitz have them. I'm sure some of our other vendors do as well.

I eneded up using an ebay bracket, this guy makes them himself and I like the fact that it was only 24 bucks with shipping and has a provision in the top center to mount a light to.

I have a set of lights on order but don't like the way the lights look from the rear with a long stem and wires behind the tag. I want it as clean as possible.

Hopefully the one center hole in the bracket will be enough to pass our state insp.

You can almost see the hole in the second pic, right in the top center of the bracket itself.  

But it cleans up the rear end well. IMHO,

wow after ridding today i have to get new bracket the one that i made is not got bike is so power full that the plate keeps hitting the rear peg just look at the distance i couldn't belive it ,bent the sh.t out of my plate haha

brocks is the best exhaust i bought ,i have to buy new bracket the one that i have is hitting the rear peg so i got this one on ebay

this is a temp bracket that i just made so i can use the bike till i get the one from ebay it came out pretty good

oh and i removed the reflectors the ones in the back where pain in the a..

I tried removing my reflectors. was it difficult? Do you just keep unscrewing.
