Please help find the best degreeing numbers.

I have a 2004 Busa with Wiseco 13:1 stock bore pistons, Yoshi Stage 1 cams, Orient Express intake and Kibblewhite exhaust stainless valves and Kibblewhite springs. (currently rebuild from cam chain broke). Please recommend me, which numbers need degreeing the cams for good midrange torque? I'm not interesting the max power, i'd like using this bike on the street...
