Wow dude, that looks really sick:oh:

Did you buy it like that or did you remodel it yourself? If you bought it like that there is no telling what has been messed up in that engine........

i bought it like this. i thought it would be a quick fix. i think it just needs covers and starter gear/clutch

Does the clutch move out evenly when you pull in the lever? that looks like it took one huge hit to rip to cover like that and id be suprised if it ripped off without touching to clutch at all. And hows that wiring?:beerchug:

I suggest posting your location maybe a knowledgeable Org member lives near you and can lend a helping hand. Pictures can only tell a limited amount of the story at hand

you should be able to look up a exploded diagram of all the parts on here and that will give you a good clue as to what everything should look like. good luck man. keep us posted with any future questions or updates :beerchug:

I found a pic. The boss for the starter idler gear is definately broken. I think this is going to be your biggest challenge with fixing her up.

I have the lower black plastics for that bike. One of them is new, the other has a puncture in it however hardly noticeable when on the bike.

i was told i could use a metal apoxi to sculpt a new boss. what do you think???

I doubt it would hold up, it would probably just cause more problems. Even a good tig welder would have a hard time doing anything substantial with that casting. Best bet is a new case, it'll save you time any money in the long run.
