Brought to you by J&G PERFORMANCE®, this kit will allow you to pick up a TRUE DYNO PROVEN 5-7 HP and rev to your peak HP up to 2 seconds faster on your HAYABUSA.
Now, we'll try to explain this modification in the simplest way, but don't be afraid to ask ANY questions.
The picture does show the stock pair valve on a 01 GSXR 750, but it is similar enough on the BUSA to give you an idea of what were looking at.
The stock pair valve, located beneath your airbox, is 100% anti-performance and 100% emissions control.
This is how the valve works: As the unburnt gases swirl around in the crankcase, they are drawn up through the crankcase vent-hose by the vacuum created in the airbox as your motor is drawing in gallons of fresh air. In turn, these burning hot crankcase vapors are then mixed with the cold air being forced in from the ram-air system. Finally, this dirty warm air is then mixed with the fuel and REBURNT in the engine. (Similar to the principle of the EGR system on an automobile)
THIS IS BAD!!!
These ultra hot crankcase vapors greatly reduce the amount of fresh air being burnt in the motor and this of course LOWERS YOUR HORSEPOWER.
HERE IS WHAT THE MODIFICATION WILL DO:
Eliminates the use of the stock pair valve.
Completely stops the crankcase vapors from entering the airbox and instead re-routes the crankcase vapours directly into the exhaust gases.
BENEFITS
MINIMUM 5 HP. GAINS HAVE BEEN SEEN AS HIGH AS 8HP. ALMOST 7 EVERYTIME!!
Allows your Busa motor to rev much quicker. Peak HP is reached up to 2 seconds faster!!
Definitive increase in throttle response.
Makes the powerband of this monster 1300 feel way smoother.
DISADVANTAGES
Logically, a very mimimal increase in the amount of emissions being produced. Nothing that can be measured. (Bike can be put to stock at anytime in minutes for the emission concious!!!
For those out there who already have this mod installed, you know it is the best 20 bucks you could spend on a bike worth $10k plus!! You are going to pick up AT LEAST 6 DYNO PROVEN HORSEPOWER.
Considering your average slip-on retailing for 300 makes the same claim in HP, this really does sound much more appealing!!

J&G PERFORMANCE® will include everything necessary to install this kit. Installation time is approximately 30min-1hr depending on your skill level.
If you can remove your gas tank, you can install this kit. Ultra close-up photos and easy to follow directions will walk ANYONE through this install.
What you see in the pic is as far as you will have to go. And that only involves removing the airbox!
