Yeah, I know what you mean.

Without getting into the issue too deeply, there's certain treatment of some sections of the community regarding prison representation statistics and unoffical policies to reduce said representation. Plus country lockups are usually quiet small.
Suffice to say that if it was me, I would be in a holding cell and my car impounded.
