I am so jealous you will be right by where I grew up. I grew up on a farm outside of knoxville and went to the Nationals every year man those were great times and friends whom I still talk to most of which live over in Pella. I've made it to all but one since 94. And..... I'm going to miss this year. Last year I picked up the Busa while I was there and did some riding in the area. I really hate to miss it but I'll be there next year. I've got 3 tickets to pawn off if someone needs them.

Postal and GSXTacy... Great to meet up with an org member at the Nats.

If you've never seen sprint cars race, these are 800+ hp small block engines on a tube chassis. They turn this 1/2 mile oval track, dirt, in about 16 seconds.

Speed Channel is rebroadcasting the race on:

Sat. Sept. 2, 12:00 PM. and
Mon. Sept. 11, 2:00 PM.
