power commander 3 usb problem

I ordered a pc 3 that came mapped. The cd came with it but no matter what it will not come up on the computer. I have tried everything! Dynojet is closed until monday. I just need the cd what should I do will
Dynojet help me out or hang me?

Tell me more... I'm not sure I know what you are asking.
1)The CD won't install on the computer
2) you installed the CD and you can't see the powercommander with the computer and software running?

Is it installed on the bike yet?

I just read you original again. It looks like you just can't install the software from the cd on your computer.

+1 I had problem installing one of my laptops when I first bought my PCIIIusb. Use the link...

Thanks Professor! That is exactly what I needed. I was able to call the tuner and get my throttle open/close set. Your a life saver.
