Power Commander issue

PCIII usb installed on bike. Hooked up to a laptop but the laptop wont read the PC.

I tried turning the key on and I see the lights on top of the pc.

I try to get a map and it says no map or error.

I try to SEND map and I get error.

What the heck...

DOH.....nevermind I got it. All is well

forget to turn the key on the bike on? or flip the kill switch?
