Well, I have already reached 13k on my o4 that I bought in april this year and it's time for some maintance. I will be replacing my chain and sprockets (Thanks streetntrack) this week and I thought I would replace the cush drive as well.

Should I just purchase the rubbers at the stealership or is there somewhere else I can get em at a better price? How much should the cush cost?

Also I need to sync the throttle bodies (bike surging and poor fuel mileage as well). I have only done the sync on my ZRX but it has carbs ...never done a sync on a F.I. bike...is it all that much different to do than a carb?

And one more...about how much would a valve adjustment cost me if I take it to the shop to get it done?

Oh yea, one more...what is the price for a new stock air filter? could I just replace with an aftermarket and be o.k. (bike is stock) and if so what aftermarket filter should I look for?

Thanks everyone...

Here's a link to the mocro-fiche on Ron Ayer's website.

Basically, you can go to each microfiche, and once you find the part you're looking for, if you click on it, then it will bring up a part description and price.

Just keep in mind that if you don't support your local dealer for "some" of your supplies, then that dealership may not stay in business. Plus when you need help, it's better to have a good relationship with the parts/service personnel.

Here's a link to the Servie Manual PDF that you can download.

Good Luck

Thankyou for all the help...I already ordered the chain kit from streetntrack here on our board...received the sprockets but no chain...the invoice said ***drop shipment*** next to the chain so I guess it will come seperate? I mean, wow, I got the sprockets in like 4 days so I'm sure the chain willbe along shortly
