problem uploading pics already read pic topic

I keep getting the message:

WARNING: E-mail could not be found in our database. Please try again.

While trying to upload pics.

When I either type or copy and paste my from my control panel my registered email address.

If I try to change the email address and leave it as it is then click update it is recognized as being in the database.

I sent an email from the live support link without a reply and posted in the newbie forum about this problem.

Hopefully a moderator will see this and help me out.

if you want to post a picture you have to add it as an attachment.  Click the browse botton, find the pic. on your harddrive and double click on it.  When you add your reply it will post the pic.  The upload center was used as a plus for donating members.

Thank you Jim,

I was aware of using the browse button to post a single pic.

I followed the directions for using the upload center from the pic topic to upload and post multiple pics.
