Projekt's Busa Bash Journey

Looks like I am gonna make it to the bash.

Unfortunately, my Busa is in Europe.

So, I need to rent a bike to enjoy myself on the Dragon.

On another note, what are most folks gonna do about accomodations and travel arrangements?

I would like to sleep near the main gathering area for the attending members so as to enjoy the good times with everyone there. Camping sounds like a lot of fun and I am willing to hit a sporting goods store for all of the necessities. Otherwise, I'll do what it takes to finally be able to meet with as many people as possible.

The only problems I foresee at this time is the fact that my Beard looks like that of a Mujahideen/Jihadist freedom fighter. Will some redneck at the campground call the Department of Homeland Security on me?

Yippeee! I can't wait.

I think Mrs. Cap said the Microtel is not full up yet, you might send her a pm. Also, I know that there will be some members camping not too far from the Phillips. Get you an oRg t-shirt, nobody messes with our bros.

It's all good... I think I have a work around. Gonna get a Confederate Flag bandana and put it on my head like a doo rag 'cept for that my dome's clean shaven...

Cool, but I think I'll be better off with a Lynyrd Skynyrd T-shirt.

I'd help on accomodations but our little room is pretty packed already. We WILL be bringing some Mississippi white lightning with us tho.

I was starting to get used to Utah but now I miss Georgia even more knowing that all yall are going riding and I cant make it. Next year this will be on the calendar and I will make it. I dont care if I have to drive cross country..again.

I used the 2 wheel inn...okay place. Owner was super nice. Ability tolock your bike up was the deal maker for me.

Fontana village is nice, but it is about twenty miles away from all the activities at the Phillips and kind of pricey. Also, you will probably have to tolerate all the Triumph riders. They ususally have their rally that same weekend.

There is also Topoco lodge between Robbinsville and the Dragon.
