Question about Stroker kit?

Hey guys I'm looking looking to do a stroker kit on my '05 the first of the year but I would like some input on some reliable kits and where I can get them. How much is to much over bore/stroke.

Do you have any suggestions on a "good builder" Thats kinda the reason for the post..to find out my options.
