Question about swing arms

I was offered this for 600$ shipped via Facebook when I was looking for a swing arm, I have no idea how much of a stretch this is. Would anyone be able to indulge some knowledge and whether or not this is a good price?

I don’t even know what to ask. Would you give me some questions? Lol

He said it was a 4-6, then said maybe it’s a 6-8. I’m okay with 4-6, but I don’t really wanna deal with anything longer than a 6 over. Still new to modding bikes, I’ve only worked on cars in the past.

Looks pretty similar to a Thompson standard chromoly. Probably 8 to 10 over. The base price of a new one is less then he's asking. I have two Thompson Street Series arms. Pretty good stuff for the price. Really depends on what you want to do. The one in your picture is more for drag racing. Link to the Thompson arm is below.
