Question RE: Crankcase protectors - Stator Cover design

Hello all,

I've got a question regarding crankcase protectors on the stator side of the engine. I'm looking to install one to cover a scuff mark on the stator cover, however, I can only find parts that are listed as being compatible with Gen 2 bikes. Does anyone know if the crankcase design changed (bolt layout) on the stator side between Gen 2 and Gen 3 bikes?

I've attached some images of protectors from R&G (product code: ECS0008BK) and eBay that would do what I'm looking for, however, they're listed as being compatible with pre-Gen 3 bikes.

And no, I'm not really looking to protect the machine with these, just cover the scuff. TIA.

i put a special (handmade) thing onto my gen1 gen.´s cover (with full success in an accident a decade ago )
fits also at all gen2s - the gen.-coover is the same at gen1 and gen2

Cheers for the suggestion, I've gone with the R&G protector. I'll keep this in mind for our customers building drag bikes.
