my 01 busa did it & my new 04 is doing the same thing. my thigh gets piched between the front corner of the seat & the gas tank, it hurts alot. does that happen to you guys or it's just me

5'7 30 inch inseam never even heard of it happening.. Lower that sucker 2" in the back and 7/8 - 1 1/2 in the front and you'll be flat footed and feel more secure on the road. Plus it'll probably eliminate your problem

tobin seat will lower your riding posistion close to an inch I"m guessing.

Never had it happen either. Is there a big gap between your seat and tank? Maybe try filling it with something if there is.

considering this is one of the best sitting bikes for me...and I've tried the gsxr's, katanas, cbrs etc.... none of the 750's or 1000 were anywhere close to as low as this is...31.4 I believe?? My interceptor 500 is taller than John's busa...I told him to hide his key, he may just come home one day and find me and his bike out for a ride!...I'd lower the seat.

Just how short are your legs? I've got a 30" inseam...and am 5'8
