Q # 1. Will Gen I springs fit a Gen II?

Q # 2. Will a 1.5k spring be too much for the street? Too stiff? I'm 190 lbs.

Have you checked their site? I think the spring for genI and genII are interchangeable. Think a 1.5k spring would be way to stiff.

when GIXERHP rebuilt mine, they recommended 1.1 for me at 295 lbs. and sometimes riding two-up so i agree with kairles that 1.5 would be overdoing it

1.5 is way too stiff. I have a set of 1.0 springs for a Gen1 I'm not using if you find out they will fit. I think they are different though.

Race Tech shows the same part number for both generations. They have a catalog online. 1.5 is not listed.

Get 1K...thats what I have, im 205 and its perfectly set...remember also so the fronts....and dont assume they are interchangeble, call em up and verify the application
