Rack instead of rear seat?

Anyone know of anybody making a rack that I can replace the passenger seat with?
It looks like a good place to strap down a large luggage bag.
I did see the one from Cycle Venture, but I think removing the rear seat and placing one there would give you more room.

No rack but I did get some extended 'bungee' bolts to replace the stockers so my bungee and net doesn't rub the paint. Works very well with a 24" seatbag.

I use a cloth mesh material made by Oxford that protects the paint from scratches when installing soft panniers and a tail bag.
