Radar detector

Does anyone have pictures of a mounted radar detector? I have a battery powered unit but don't want to drill the windshield unless that's the best option. I'm thinking that velcro just won't provide enough grip. Thanks.

Escort just stuffed up in there with suction cup mount, the HARD transmitter acts like a tether just in case it comes un-stuck. Don't have any problems with it.

This the same way I have my Cobra mounted. Never moved once in the 600 miles we rode this weekend. Worked very well too.

Mines hard mounted and sits real nice, have a switch to turn it on and off on the dash.
