Raising Hi Beams

So I am tired of having to keep my busa below 55 mph at night for fear of running into something. My high beams don't aim high enough. The brightest spot seems to hit the ground about 10 feet in front of the bike. Is it possible to change the angle of the high beam head light?
Also, I replaced the low beam light with one of those blue halogen things. It looks cool, but it doens't light ANYTHING!! Has anyone else had this problem?

Remove the front wheel splash guard, total of 6 or 8 plastic rivets, once removed look up under the gauge cluster the first bolt closest to the ground is to adjust the high beam up or down.

I had the same thing when i first got mine.There a @%$#& to get at but both beams are ajustable.Put the stock bulb back in and move em up and it will light up the road.Those blue looken bulbs are for show only,they dont work in the real world..
